We offer a competitively priced and reliable delivery service to most areas of the UK. Currently we are only taking online orders for customers located in Yorkshire but if you live outside of this area please call us on 01302 230539 to discuss delivery options.Â
We offer a same day delivery service for all orders placed before 12 noon. This is charged at £200 + VAT.

If you aren't in a rush, our economy delivery is the most cost effective option. Your order will be delivered in around 5-7 working days. It costs just £25 + VAT for any order quantity.Â
Get ready for your Polar Cladding delivery! Our deliveries happen bright and early, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If we miss you, a re-delivery charge will apply. We pride ourselves on our reliable service, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. So, please don't book your installers until your goods have arrived safe and sound. We can’t be held responsible for any delays or missed deliveries, even for next-day services. By placing your order and choosing a delivery option, you're agreeing to these terms. If there are any issues, let us know right away! Any undamaged goods refused at delivery will be returned to our warehouse at your cost.
Our drivers will bring your order to your door, but they're not insured to bring it inside. Be sure to check all parts of your order when it arrives. If there's any damage or something missing, note it on the delivery slip as ‘damaged’ or ‘missing’ and contact us immediately. Special access requirements? Let us know when you place your order to avoid any re-delivery charges. Remember, once you sign the delivery note confirming your goods are in good condition, we can’t replace any damaged or missing items. Also, don't schedule installers until you have your cladding and accessories in hand and have inspected them.
If your goods are damaged, make sure to sign the delivery note as ‘damaged.’ We’ll arrange replacements right away. Not happy with replacements? You can return the goods at your own cost, and we’ll issue a full refund within 7 working days.
Need to return your order? No problem, as long as it's in resalable condition. Email us for a returns form, and follow our returns policy. Remember, all returns are at your expense. Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].
For pallet deliveries, you'll need to keep the pallet and have two able-bodied people to offload your order. Drivers are not insured to bring deliveries into your workplace or site, so curb-side drop-offs are the standard.
